How lovely is your dwelling place
O Lord Almighty!
My soul yearns, even faints
For the courts of the Lord
My heart and my flesh cry out
For the living God. …
Better is one day in your courts
Than a thousand elsewhere
I would rather be a doorkeeper
In the house of my God
Than dwell in the tents of the wicked.
For the Lord God is a sun and shield
The Lord bestows favour and honor
No good thing does he withhold
From those whose walk is blameless.
O Lord Almighty
Blessed is the man who trusts in you.
-Psalm 84:1-2; 10-12
The day is coming, and is even now on its way, when we shall be in the presence of ‘the living God’. This Psalm resonates deeply with those who have come to know and love God through the ‘Prince of Peace’, the ‘Mashiach of Israel’, the ‘Son of Man’, the ‘Son of the Blessed One’ – Yeshua Ha’Mashiach. Because He lives, we too will live, and we will live with Him in the courts of the King, ‘in the house of God’. Rejoice! Rejoice! Rejoice!
Look! I am coming very soon!
Pay attention! … I am coming soon ….
Yes, I am coming soon!
-Revelation 22:7a, 12a, 20b
The Lord is coming!
